Attard Family

The Attard Family – Homebush, QLD

When Henrietta booked a session with me, I think my jaw hit the floor.  I was so excited to photograph this farming family that I had previously seen glimpses of through Hen’s own photos on IG. (She’s a brilliant photographer if you don’t follow her already @henrietta_attard ).

In the lead up to our shoot I asked Hen why she would like family photos done and her response was very similar to I think how most of us Mum’s feel…

“I just really want some images with all of us, as I take so many of the kids and Jono only.  Our last family photos were when Clancy was born, and I get so much joy out of looking at them often, and so do the kids.  It’s also important to me to capture where we are now, as I know sometimes both Jono and I are guilty of looking forward to when our farm is better maintained, the house is done up etc.  We have lived here for 6 years now, and I’m finally starting to settle into the idea that this is our life right now, these are the memories the kids will have, no matter the size of the house….”
